Various administrative, marketing, and sales tasks as assigned II. SIGNIFICANT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Greeting patients and visitors in a professional manner. Physical therapy modalities under the direction of the doctor Teach and monitor patients performing rehab exercises, teach home exercises Accurate and efficient data entry of billings and charges Working with the front desk staff to optimize patient satisfaction/loyalty, Coordinating provider time/treatment and room utilization Internal marketing of SSR services, locations, retail products and directing patients to online Store Disinfect and maintain treatment rooms and equipment Back up front desk staff: answering phones, taking messages, confirm appointments and other administrative tasks as assigned Communicate with other clinical and admin staff regarding patient issues Clinical research: requires collecting and completing forms with patient data. Data to be collected and process in a timely manner Actively engage in marketing and sales efforts to grow the business and positively impact more lives Other duties as assigned JOB SCOPE- REHAB SPECIALIST : Regularly communicates with patients, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environment including direct patient care. Serves as a back-up to the front desk staff when necessary and performs other administrative duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree Previous Experience preferred, not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Familiarity using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
