Job Description A national home care agency, based in Silver Spring, Maryland, is looking for someone with a proven track record of success in people management to join our organization. Our 20-year business provides non-medical care to seniors in Montgomery County and Washington, DC. The Human Resources Director provides leadership and management of our dynamic, feel-good business, specifically with oversight of recruitment, hiring, engagement, and training our field staff. Reports to: President Management Responsibilities: Achieve the company's annual operational revenue and other operational goals by the stated milestones. Provide leadership and management of the HR Department, focusing on operational efficiency and staff performance related to recruitment, retention, and engagement. Provide leadership and management of the Client Services Department, focusing on operational efficiency and staff performance related to client and field staff satisfaction. Manage outcomes of HR and Client Services activities and direct changes that will drive achievement of operational goals. Lead quarterly accountability meetings with each department staff member, focusing on their growth and development. Manage critical numbers and report monthly to President. Other Key Responsibilities: Monitor, discipline, and document any issues and concerns with field staff. Monitor FMLA and ADA requests. Develop and coordinate field staff training, 3x/year. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new office staff. Review/sign off on all office staff timesheets, semi-monthly. ualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of management experience required Strong organizational team Successfully pass a background check Must possess valid driver's license Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
