Call Center Representative

We're growing fast, winning deals with the best clubs in the industry, and searching for experienced Call Center Representatives to join our team in Rockville, MD. The Call Center Representatives will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Candidates will have ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Responsibilities: · Prepares for merchant inquiries by studying our products and services. · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; responding to phone messages and emails · Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses. · Improves quality service by recommending improved processes. · Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Requires Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Set priorities and manage time effectively Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment High school degree or equivalent At least one-year experience in customer service Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) Preferred Skills: Ability to speak a second language, in addition to English Strong listening skills Strong problem analysis and problem solving Strong customer service orientation Organizational skills Attention to detail Judgment Adaptability Team work Stress tolerance Company Description Motionsoft is the leading SaaS and payment solutions business serving the health club market.
