As a member of our inside sales team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to find and develop new customers, provide service and support to our existing customers, and play a key role in achieving our ambitious wholesale customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position involves contacting new potential wholesale clients, client referrals, or web leads; developing business relationships and growing sales; provide prospective and existing customers/clients with all services offered; work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Compensation includes a base salary plus opportunity for commission with high earning potential for successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals! Primary Responsibilities Source new wholesale sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to wholesale customers (includes hospitals, surgeons, registered dieticians, etc.) Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Understand client needs and offer solutions and support Close sales and achieve quotas Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, digital resources, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc. Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales, close sales and provide excellent customer service. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Close sales and work with client through closing process as appropriate Occasional travel may be required Other administrative duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years' experience in a sales role with success in meeting sales quotas/goals Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider work experience in lieu of degree A positive and engaging phone manner and ability to generate excitement when talking about our products Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
