Job Description We are seeking Agile Coaches to join our team and help our customer adopt an Agile mindset and increase its Agile maturity so it can better fulfill its mission! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience coaching, training, consulting, and assisting with requirements gathering using modern, innovative digital service methods. These services will enable the customer increase its knowledge base and effectively plan, design, and deliver products and services more efficiently. Interested candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in user research, agile product delivery, and iterative software development. Primary Responsibilities Prepare high quality and timely deliverables. As appropriate, work with the customer stakeholders and project team to: -Help plan the project -Help define project tasks and resource requirements -Develop Agile training artifacts -Deliver Agile coaching and training services -Measure the effectiveness of the coaching and training services -Identify risks and mitigation plans/strategies -Help manage project budget and propose changes as necessary -Help plan and schedule project timelines -Track project deliverables using appropriate tools -Capture lessons learned Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports for weekly Project Status Reports (PSR), Monthly Project Status Reports and Quarterly Project Reviews Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Work collaboratively with the project team; coach, mentor, motivate and supervise junior team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Efficiently identify and solve project issues. Support quality assurance activities and audits Provide input to project post mortems lessons learned reports Present lessons learned to the project manager Help organically grow existing business Functional/Technical Skills Agile methods (SAFE, Scrum, DAD, etc.) Experience developing and delivering Agile training, including “train the trainer” solutions Advanced skills in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business or related field PMP Certification (Required) Certified ScrumMaster or PMI-ACP Certification (Required) Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile coach Proven experience in training and coaching Proven experience in change management Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, TFS Agile templates US Citizenship required Federal law requires Twentybridge Staffing to verify identity and employment eligibility; with information from your I-9 Form.
