Job Description Primary responsibility Multimedia Facilitator: Provide customer support by assisting user in utilizing conference rooms and managed event space with the following Scheduling and monitoring managed room events. Crestron control systems. Setting up WebEx, Skype, VTC and ATC calls. Utilize Barco ClickShare. Wired and wireless In room audio systems. Managing and uploading conference recordings per customer's request. Possible Secondary responsibilities Multimedia Technician The Multimedia Technician is responsible for the installation, set-up, operation and troubleshooting of the audio-visual and videoconferencing equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation and termination of copper/fiber cable. Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multimedia systems to include secure/non-secure video teleconferencing, audio/video switching, microphones, speakers, and control equipment. Read and comprehend blue prints and wiring diagrams. Assist with site surveys and pre-installation walk throughs.
