IT Project Lead - Adobe AEM
Job Description Chenega Professional & Technical Services, LLC (CPTS) is looking for a Project Lead for a Department of Education Project. This position is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of development and operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. This may require managing teams of personnel at multiple locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) Provides overall direction of program activities. Serves as Project Manager/SCRUM Master while managing in an agile, rapid development, and prototyping environment. Represents CPTS as point-of contact to help resolve issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to ARMS. Manages and maintains relationship with the senior levels of the customer's organization. Consults with customer and CPTS personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations. Leads the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Adobe AEM Sites. Advises on technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed goals. Leads development teams to design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps. Designs and improves internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solution Establishes and maintains technical reports to show progress of projects to management and customers. Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, grooms them for additional responsibilities, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Educates and trains staff to ensure that they are able to effectively communicate with existing and potential customers. Assumes the initiative and provides support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business. Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, to include previous experiences as a development team lead or technical project manager. Superb oral and written communication skills. Must have strong leadership skills and experience working with key stakeholders.
