More to come Major Responsibilities Include: Provide complete overview of assessments, including clinical assessments. Complete functional behavioral assessments. Complete skill assessments. Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized service plans. Train and supervise bachelor's/master's level Behavior Therapists. Create interventions and data collection systems. Analyze data and create graphs. Complete progress reports. Conduct staff and teacher/parent training. Maintain ethical best practices. Behavior Analysts must: Have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education or a related field. Be certified as a BCBA . Be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of VA and MD as a Behavior Analyst. Have one year minimum experience with documented, proven and successful proficiency in ABA intervention with behaviorally intensive clients. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills complimented with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, children care staff, community members, and fellow Council Rock Consulting team members. Have experience with children on the autism spectrum (a minimum of one year of supervisory experience is preferred). Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Be able to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time. Possess a Valid Driver's license. Have access to reliable means of transportation. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driving license. Be computer literate.
