Job Description Duties/Responsibilities Performs day-to-day management of assigned task order projects. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning, and production of all activities associated with assigned task order projects. Review and develop key acquisition related documents. Working with DOD and contractor documentation, participating in working groups, program and technical reviews; tracking Contract Requirements and deliveries. Provides coordination and staff support at meetings, program reviews, conferences, and briefings by producing the agenda and meeting minutes, preparing presentation materials and displays, hosting or participating in the event, and recording and tracking action items, as required by the Government. Manage and track the Cost Action Tracker- comparing the actual cost verses the number of contracts awarded (starting quarterly and moves to yearly tracking). Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: 4 to 8 years' experience providing Acquisition support for major systems using DoD Business Capability Lifecycle, DoD 5000 and JCIDS frameworks. Experience in working with DoD and contractor documentation, participating in working groups, program and technical reviews; tracking Contract Requirements and deliveries. Education: BS/BA Software Desired: Proficient in the Microsoft Windows Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
