Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Job Description We are a full service commercial construction GC serving the Washington, DC area. Due to company growth we are looking for experienced construction professionals to fill the role of Assistant Project Manager. In the role of Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in coordinating entire scope of project work to ensure that project is completed on time, on budget and to customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Assistant Project Manager role managing all operational, personnel, and financial aspects of a commercial construction project Experience with owner contract and subcontract administration Ability to develop and maintain all aspects of the master schedule of the project and assure adherence Experience with financial reporting and job costing Proficient in Prolog, Timberline, and Primavera and all Microsoft software Strong record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients, internal team members, architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors Large-scale project experience is a plus BS Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry experience What's In It For You: Competitive compensation Full benefits plan 401K & Profit Sharing Employee Referral Program Opportunity to join a company with commitment to career development!
