Job Description Kaleidoscope Interventions specializes in evidence-based behavioral, speech, and occupational therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related Developmental Disabilities. We are dedicated to providing treatment to strengthen the behavioral, social, educational, and daily living needs of children. We work extensively with individuals who exhibit a variety of developmental needs and challenging behaviors to build adaptive skills in the home, school, community settings and our clinic utilizing behavioral principles. Behavior Analysts will be responsible to write programs, provide training to staff and oversee the daily activities of Registered Behavior Technicians within a classroom setting and implement behavior plans for up to 15 children. ​​ Full Benefit Package Up to $5,000.00 moving expense assistance 3 weeks paid vacation along with 6 personal days 6 sick days and all paid banker holidays Opportunities for CEUs within the behavior analytic community The potential for career advancement Routine clinical support from seasoned behavior analysts. Opportunities to present at conferences discount tuition through our affiliate Liberty University Qualifications: Master's or doctorate degree in behavior analysis or related field. Must be BCBA certified and in good standing with the BACB. Experience conducting formal assessments for skill acquisition or problem behavior Must be open to participating in ongoing personal and professional development. Must have a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment. Full-time and Part-time fee positions currently available. Pay is based on certification level and experience. Entry level BCaBA, W2 wage $50,000.00 per year Entry level BCBA, W2 wage $60,000.00 per year and higher based on experience Clinical Director, W2 wage based on experience We understand that clinical support and feedback is necessary when fostering high-quality behavior analysts. Therefore, every analyst receives onsite and office supervision by a seasoned behavior analyst. Moreover, all our analysts receive clear and defined expectations of job performance, structured performance evaluations by their supervisor, which provides them with frequent feedback.
