Job Description Outside Sales and Pharmaceutical Sales - Commission only Our growing business, which specializes in the sale of innovative health and wellness products seeks an experienced, motivated Field Sales Representatives to recruit 5-10 customers per week. We're looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training. The selected candidates must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. If you love a challenge and want to help enrich peoples' lives, we want to hear from you. Average first year earnings are $125,000.00 with the second year at $230,000.00. We are looking for people that are able to put approximately 20-30 hours in per week. If you are able to put additional hours in, your earnings would be above $125,000.00. Average 45 hour workweek makes $175,000.00 per year for the first year, with the second year at $300,000.00. Responsibilities · Ability to quickly learn about the product and recruit a minimum of 5-10 (Minimum of 5) new customers per week · Suggest applicable and relevant products to help new customers while ensuring future sales retention · Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas · Answer any questions customers may have about products, and how the products work · Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management · Assist other team members with transactions when necessary · “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (online, cold calling, presentations etc.) · Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness · Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships · Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments Skills Required · Bachelor's or two-year Associates degrees a plus · 2+ years' of proven direct, outside or inside sales experience · Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer · Experience working with sales volumes greater than $100,000 · Ability to meet sales quotas · Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM · Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management · Computer use competency · Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills · Self-motivated and driven · Willingness to work in a disciplined environment Company Description Founded in 2017, RDJ Corporation is an innovative holding company which houses four separate and distinct subsidiaries in the areas of real estate, capital investment lending and non-profit management.
