What You Will Do: Provide behavior direct in-home services following the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies. Implement written interventions in order to increase client communication, functional, social and sensory skills. Train family members and home service providers on the implementation of behavioral interventions. Collect data as prescribed by the supervising Behavior Analyst. Provide emergency response and crisis intervention as needed. Maintain program binders. Maintain records including reports, logs and reauthorization documentation with respect to all CRC policies and procedures or as directed by the Executive Director. Who Are We Looking For: Council Rock Consulting is on the search for talented, enthusiastic and flexible candidates that want to learn and want to advance in their ABA career. You should also meet the following minimum requirements that insurance companies insist upon, so no exceptions or substitutions (sorry!). An individual with the drive and determination to become a BCBA for CRC. Master degree in at least one of the following areas of study : applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, sociology, counseling, human development, child development, cognitive sciences, social work or related fields. A minimum of one year experience with children diagnosed with special needs ( this must be detailed in your resume ). Completed or willing to complete coursework necessary to become a Registered Behavior Technician . Also , Possess a reliable personal transportation and a valid driving license.
