Job Description Essential Job Functions - Some of your main responsibilities will be: Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, cost accounting and revenue recognition Accurately maintain company QuickBooks file - to include multiple bank and credit card account reconciliations Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations Oversee payments of all expense accounts; ensuring all bills and invoices are paid on time Collect, deposit and record payments from clients Monitor account balances Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts Prepare and organize financial statements and management reports for various locations and activities Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports for management Perform additional Administrative and Office duties as requested by company personnel Provide support to MAPS ownership, management and MAPS companies Preparation of proposals and proformas (With ownership and management support) Ongoing relationship management with key accounts and develop high level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and Senior Executives Support the operations of current and new locations Assist with location or company takeovers Provide ideas to enhance revenues and or reduce expenses Coordinate bank deposits, bank reconciliations and report financial results on a regular basis to management Monitor office, location and company expenses Compile and analyze financial reporting packages Pay vendor invoices (after proper approval) and track bank account balances Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets Assist with quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes Summarizes details in separate ledgers or computer files and transfers data to general ledger. Work with field and office vendors, order supplies, ensure office products are in stock and resources are working properly. Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company's procedures Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments Payroll & Insurance Receive and review of hiring packages, make sure they are complete before an employee starts work Filing of hiring packages (electronic), Input & Terminate employees in Sure Payroll Employees insurance reconciliation Employment Payment holds/manual checks distributions/Employees password resets/changes Receive coordinate, organize and enter payroll hours in Sure Payroll Drug Tests and Background checks requests Keep up with health insurance (terminations and additions) MAPS/IFS/MedPark Prepare payroll incentive bonuses Check Insurance invoices and make sure the deductions/ terminations/new enrollments Child support deductions and payments Office Answer phone calls and record needed information to be routed to the correct parties Receiving mail, separating, scanning and distributing to the respective parties Filing of invoices and any/all central office related items Uniforms & Ticket Inventory and locations invoicing Company Description MAPS Parking is a LOCAL professional transportation management company engaged in the management, leasing and ownership of parking facilities. We own three other companies, MAPS Maintenance which provides garage maintenance, painting striping, powerwashing, powersweeping, etc., Park First that operates parking facilities west of the Mississippi and MedPark that operates parking facilities in the Philadelphia area. Our executive and managerial teams' experience includes providing services for local and national property owners, property management companies, institutional firms, and developers. Our overall company expertise includes operating multi-use facilities projects, events, shared parking, valet and self park, commuter parking, office buildings, hotels, universities, REIT's, municipalities, residential buildings and hospitals.
