Leading financial services company in the WDC metro region seeks an attorney with a minimum of five years' experience to assume a significant role within the compliance department. Work is focused on providing compliance guidance in connection with new business initiatives and capital markets transactions. Ideal candidate profile is a law firm associate with experience in securitized assets, structured finance, general securities (fixed income or market regulation), or derivatives (especially swaps and interest rate hedging).
