PointOak Retirement Advisors is seeking a bright, talented, self-starter to join our fast-growing start-up in the Financial Services Industry. This is a support role where the Associate will assist with the firm's business development initiatives as well as servicing current clients. Qualified candidates will be asked to gather, analyze and compile data to prepare for, and follow-up on client retirement plan Investment Committee meetings, responding to and following-up on day-to-day retirement plan client inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding retirement plan client service to promote client retention. The role will often serve as the most frequent point of contact between clients, vendors and the firm. Growth opportunities as well as increasing levels of responsibilities are available for the right candidate. We provide industry-specific professional training and development. Bachelor's degree required. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Prepare for, and follow-up on client retirement plan Investment Committee meetings. Execute quarterly client reporting as well as assist team members with annual and quarterly review preparation. Extract Data in preparing reports, spreadsheets and data analysis. Process and reconcile documents for accuracy and completeness. Provide administrative support that would include but not be limited to: calendar planning, scheduling, meeting agendas, internal meetings, and project management. Ensure outstanding Client Satisfaction through consistent client outreach and retention. Maintain accurate and organized account files; keeping filing of documents current. Proactively communicate issues, observations and solutions that will improve the success of the business. Desired Skills Ability to learn technical information quickly Adapt and learn proprietary technology. Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce. Candidate may be asked to take an assessment to verify proficiency. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to read and understand agreements. Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment that is deadline and task oriented. Superior oral and written interpersonal communication skills, both by phone and in person. Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
