drchrono is seeking an energetic and responsible intern to join our growing team. In this internship you will be exposed to meaningful, hands-on experience in regards to customer support practices for an EHR software. You will focus on learning about meaningful use, MIPS, and MACRA. This will be a part-time position located in our Hunt Valley, MD office.In this role you will Partner with the Director of Customer Success on process improvement initiatives and system implementationsSupport departmental evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes that enhance the customer support experience and product usage visibility, as neededCreate WalkMe content for drchrono usersWrite support articles in order to improve the user experienceYou have Enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university working towards a degree in Business/ HealthcareStrong written and verbal communication skillsA creative mindset and aptitude for visualizing and adding narrative to technical conceptsAn ability to think deeply and critically about engaging usersPrevious internship experienceA passion for the healthcare industry
