Job Description This position is responsible for providing day to day assistance and support to Day Support Program consumers by monitoring, supervising, and assisting with activities, skill training and transition times. The Program Services Assistant also assists in implementing ISP outcomes and providing personal care. The Program Services Assistant is expected to work cooperatively with his/her supervisor, and collaboratively with fellow employees, and consumers of service.
