Job Description B‑Line Medical makes software that helps healthcare professionals and educators improve the delivery of healthcare. Focused on the capture, debriefing, and assessment of medical training and clinical events, B‑Line Medical specializes in the delivery of robust, yet easy-to-use web-based solutions. Our software has helped over 500 top hospitals, medical schools, and nursing programs in 18 countries operate and manage their training and QI programs more effectively. Our Mission Statement is to provide healthcare educators and clinicians with innovative video-driven solutions to effect real and immediate improvement in the delivery of care. B-Line Medical is seeking an experienced Manager of Audio Visual Services who will work as part of the Client Services department translating customer needs into solutions. Our candidate is responsible for managing the day to day team operations for the A/V services and installations we provide. This person will focus on streamlining and scaling a key growth area of the company to meet the market's needs. What you will be doing: Oversees team operational direction in the successful delivery of turnkey installations and consulting services Creates, maintains, and updates key documentation such as contracts, statement of works, installation scopes, A/V packages, support documentation Assesses packages and services to ensure they are cost-effective, scalable, and profitable Develops effective team processes and documentation for continuous improvement in efficiency and execution of deliverables Manages team budget and controls expenses effectively within annual budget set Proven ability to develop solutions and make business decisions if/when an escalated client issue arises Builds strong, positive relationships with key management in Sales, Project Management, Implementation, and Product Management Develops design proposals, budgetary estimates, functional diagrams, floor plans, RCPs, and other design documents until customer acceptance Ability to lead on-site integrators and contractors to A/V install completion Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to customer sites up to 50% for site surveys, consulting services, commissioning of A/V systems, and support Leads and manages third-party vendor communication on behalf of the department Develops professional competencies, personal development and monitor optimization of all team members with various skills sets Instills our “customers first” core value throughout the team What we are looking for: Passionate about the A/V industry and technology 5 years of management or supervisory experience 5-10 years of experience in AV engineering A/V related certificates - CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I Experience with Crestron and other AMX control systems Experience with Symetrix and other DSP systems Experience with AutoCAD and WireCAD Experience with D-Tools Thorough understanding of the construction process and MEP documentation Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with excellent detail Top level analytical/creative problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make key decisions Superior customer service skills Proven ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment High tolerance for pressure-filled environments Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and interruptions Ability to work flexible hours as required Ability to lift approximately 20-30 lbs Must be able to maintain a can-do spirit and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude toward the work, fellow employees, and customers Exemplifies all company core values in all aspects of role
