Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work as a program analyst for the Navy's client. Maintain responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Provide analytical support to project managers and acquisition program managers. Maintain responsibility for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers. Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Maintain responsibility for overall plan, organization, direction, control, and delivery of all projects' priorities alignment related to client's expectations and business needs. Ensure ongoing process or system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program or project management

-2+ years of experience working in the OPNAV organization, including OPNAV policies, processes, and procedures

-2+ years of experience with the Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Process (PPBE) within the OPNAV organization

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project

-Knowledge of standard acquisition regulations, practices, and procedures

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy acquisition office or command

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent customer service and organizational skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required
