Tactical Sales Lead

Key Role:
Perform as a critical point of coordination and connectivity across multiple capabilities and markets to identify opportunities for tactical sales, as defined by opportunities for which external clients are seeking contractual solutions to their imminent mission needs. Support and coordinate the markets to drive increased revenue through the placement of tactical sales on awarded contacts and task orders firm-wide. Function as a critical team member of the Strategic Vehicles Team (SVT) within the business development team to leverage the firm's data-driven resources to facilitate opportunities for client-facing project managers (PMs). Work directly with mid-to-senior market staff to quickly find solutions to solve client mission needs. Apply complete knowledge of Booz Allen contract options and processes and develop relationships across a wide portfolio of business leaders within the firm. Maintain responsibility for specific activities, including training market staff on preparing contracts, such as a ceiling for future growth, mining firm databases for a potential available ceiling, making connections with contract PMs to fulfill the work, and providing the acquisition center with trending information and analysis that will assist with the successful execution of tactical sales. Speak easily and with conviction, develop and present materials that assist with decision-making for near-term and future revenue growth, and work within a larger SVT team to forward growth of the firm's most strategic IDIQ vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with project management and business development
-Ability to produce monthly reports, cost analysis, and other project management documentation using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
-Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables and communicate status regularly to contract managers, teammates, and clients 
-Ability to work in a team and collaborative environment
-Ability to develop strategic relationships that build business development capabilities
-BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working directly with senior leaders to meet solution-driven goals
-Experience with working on multi-tasking projects of various types and complexity
-Knowledge of GovWin
-Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively amongst several stakeholders, including external clients and internal leaders
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent data collection, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
