Health Acquisition and Logistics Analyst

Key Role:
Prepare logistics strategy and DoD 5000 series acquisition documentation for a future electronic health record (EHR) health IT system and support sustainment of 11 products that make up the current legacy system. Manage and develop product support arrangements (PSAs). Analyze and manage the development, and staffing of life cycle sustainment plans for a legacy medical IT program and its future replacement. Document how sustainment is applied, measured, managed, assessed, and reported after system fielding to meet readiness targets, sustain system performance capability threshold criteria, mitigate operating and support (O&S) costs, reduce the logistics footprint, and comply with environmental and other logistics regulations. Manage and develop the product support package required to deploy and maintain the system readiness and operational capability. Participate in a variety of product line and functional integrated product teams (IPTs) and working groups.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-2+ years of experience with working in a DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) I, II, or III program management office (PMO) or program executive office (PEO) that manages the acquisition of large, complex weapons systems or information systems projects requiring development, integration, implementation, training, and sustainment
-Experience with producing client-ready deliverables and managing enterprise-level projects
-Experience with developing and staffing acquisition documentation in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate tasks with client supervisors in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with the Military Health System
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent problem solving skills
-Public Trust clearance
-MA or MS degree
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Logistics Certification
-DAWIA Level 1, 2, or 3 Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics Certification
