The Ford Agency is recruiting for a Digital Production Specialist for one of DC's top law firms. This role provides advanced production and troubleshooting support and acts as a print and digital document resource for a team of busy attorneys. If you are a document pro, have a keen eye for the detail and know how to use print resources to have documents look as clean and crisp on paper as they do on-screen, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide advanced technical printing and scanning
  • Handle document conversion and data presentations
  • Edit video and graphics for desired format and document integration
  • Create binders, legal templates and document indices
  • Convert files to/from pdfs and create searchable pdfs
  • Print files from various extensions, maintaining accurate formatting

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Full proficiency in MSOffice and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic graphics and picture manipulation skills
  • Superior proofreading skills
