iMIS Membership and Database Manager
The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE), a nonprofit organization with the mission to improve access and success to higher education for low-income and first-generation students, has an immediate need for an iMIS Membership and Database Manager position within COE’s office of the Associate Vice President of Technology. The Database Manager will maintain and update the iMIS customer database in a timely and accurate manner, train and provide technical direction to staff as needed in use of the iMIS system and office information technology services, provide customer service by responding promptly to member needs and solicits feedback to improve services. This position requires the Database Manager to work with the TRIO programs and personnel. Other duties may be assigned by the Associate Vice President for Technology. This position requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant policy experience using iMIS with practical knowledge of IQA queries. This position will require the Database Manager to travel approximately 25% of the time. Late nights and weekend as necessary. Salary range commensurate with experience. Closing date: July 20, 2018.
