Description: This role provides support and customer service to multiple Recruiters and Sales Leaders to drive agency candidates to the company as well as maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process. Accountabilities include: Assists Recruiters with sourcing candidates, evaluating candidates' resumes against position requirements and scheduling interviews with candidates. Responsible for proficient input of data and information to include job postings, customer relationship management (CRM) and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Outbound call activity to source, recruit, and schedule interviews and documenting information in a timely manner. Ability to explain recruiting process to candidates, hiring managers and set expectations for application completion. Participate in candidate facing opportunities to include periodic job fairs or networking forums assisting in the efforts to provide information on roles. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS).* Strong sourcing skills and good with recruiting and marketing campaigning experience. May have additional projects to support overall recruitment objectives.* Attention to detail and understands deadlines with ability to maintain weekly recruiting reports within ATS software program for manager review. The position will require work out of Regional Office in Chantilly Virginia.* Excellent client relationship and organizational skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients and potential candidates.
