Digital Project Manager

Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader for the Justice Homeland Transportation account, including focus on business development, capture, and large-scale delivery activities with a specific focus on digital modernization and transformation. Build relationships with market clients, leadership, and key executives. Oversee the technical delivery of complex integration efforts, manage deliverables, interface with clients and staff, and manage program financials, schedules, and risk items. Apply experience with systems delivery methodologies and tools, including Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and mobile. Provide client delivery, including writing whitepapers and leading proposal preparation and development.

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with leading enterprise IT solutions
-6+ years of experience with leading large transformational government technology programs
-6+ years of experience with transforming large legacy government IT organizations into modern matrixed digital organizations
-Experience with modern technologies, including Agile, DevOps, Cloud, mobile, and open platforms
-Experience with proposal development and cost estimation for consulting efforts
-Ability to work with functional teams from initial concept development to final development and delivery
-Ability to manage large scale digital development projects, including internal briefings, staffing and program timelines management, conducting work-back schedules, budget management, subcontractor coordination, spec review, solution alternative recommendation, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and risk
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-MA or MS degree or MBA
-PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with progressively technical digital transformation
-Knowledge of general trends influencing digital solutions in general, including those influencing federal government industry
-Ability to apply digital expertise, including Cloud migration, open platform standards, ideation, and shared services cost modeling
-Ability to articulate solutions and benefits clearly
-Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
