At least five years’ experience in the following areas. Demonstrated ability to identify and apply technical and behavioral performance improvement solutions to the help achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated expertise in the following training and skills: Adobe Creative & Video Production Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Adobe Connect, User Persona Development, Rapid Instructional Design, and Design Thinking. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability in designing a variety of training applications for a broad array of delivery methods (e.g., blended, eLearning, simulations, mobile). Proven experience in writing, reviewing, and editing storyboards. Complex problem- solving skills and strong analytical abilities. Ability to operate effectively in team environment. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and proficient in the use of personal computer. Strong familiarity with networks. Strong working knowledge of the software products on the House Software Supported List. Ability to assess, measure, and analyze organizational performance in a complex change-driven environment. Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment. Ability to meet minimum physical requirements (lifting, bending, crouching, standing, etc.) including a moderate amount of walking across the House campus. Must successfully complete a criminal history records check [or other applicable security clearance] and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only). Ability to work additional hours as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Distance Learning, or related field.
