Position Description: CAES is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our sector finance team located at our Arlington, Virginia location. This location is the company headquarters, which provides corporate / board level visibility, involvement in the support of strategic financial framework evolution, operational / program financial analysis and continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience working in and around DoD program(s), advanced financial modeling, strategic option analysis and large volume financial reporting streamlining activities. The professional selected for this position must be someone who has demonstrated the capability to analyze complex financial issues and provide business solutions. The candidate will support standardizing monthly reporting, analyze budgets/forecasts; develop ad hoc value add reporting for use by CAES SVP & CFO, Business Unit leadership, and General Managers for decision-making purposes. This person will work closely with sites and other functional organizations to achieve the expected financial results. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, finance, information systems and process management. The candidate should also be someone who thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment and can operate and lead effectively through change and transformation.
