As a Marketing Coordinator, your mission will be to "Deliver the Perfect Trip" in order to sustain optimum results for our clients and for CWTSatoTravel. Primary Objective The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing and communications support for all CWTSatoTravel brands, products, services and systems. He or she will work directly with the Director, Marketing and Communications to assist in developing marketing communications strategies and deliver supporting initiatives through print, digital, social media and events while maintaining brand standards. He/She will assist in the creation of all internal and external communications vehicles. This will include:a. Copywriting and design of marketing collateralb. Maintaining and tracking subscription lists.c. Creating surveys and tracking/analyzing responses. d. Composing articles for quarterly newsletters. e. Contributing content and ideas for email campaigns. f. Conducting industry event research, planning, set-up and coverage. g. Drafting and distributing internal company communications with the approval of the Director, Marketing and Communications. h. Updating and maintaining documents on the employee intranet. i. Assisting in the planning, research and execution of Washington, DC area employee events.3. He/She will be an active participant in website maintenance, and should have experience with HTML and web development. Responsibilities will include:a. Serving as the IT liaison with IT Share Services Group coordinating developmental changes and communicating with various affected teams. b. Submitting work requests to the web team for routine maintenance. c. Troubleshooting 4. He/She will contribute and develop strategies for CWTSatoTravel and FedRooms social media strategies including:a. Facebook b. LinkedIn c. This will include all content creation and message responses (to potentially include after-hours responses). d. Creating social media communication plans and reporting analytics.5. He/She will assist with advertising sales by:a. Participating in quarterly advertising calls. b. Managing advertisements for newsletters and some website uploading. 6. He/She will monitor marketing analytics (including website statistics) and develop reporting mechanisms to track marketing performance.a. Use Google Analytics to create reports and develop strategies for websites. b.
