The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. As the Senior Director, Luxury Partnerships Brand Marketing, you will hold a key leadership role within the Luxury and Lifestyle Global Brand Marketing Team with specific responsibility for Partnerships and Promotions. In our highly matrixed organization, the role lies within the Hilton Marketing Department while working daily in close collaboration with the Luxury and Lifestyle Brand Management Team, along with properties, the analytics team, Revenue Management, regional marketing and enterprise marketing. In this role, you will function as the strategic brand marketing lead, establishing global brand partnerships, employing effective brand promotions, and liaising with properties for brand-led promotions and activity.What will I be doing?The Team sets and drives the marketing strategy for the fast-growing portfolio of 3 brands with an expanding global footprint: Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Canopy by Hilton. Reporting to the Vice President, Brand Marketing Luxury and Lifestyle, the Senior Director, Luxury Partnerships Brand Marketing, will play an integral role in driving business, building awareness and creating luxury fame for the category brands.More specifically, you will be:Leading luxury brand partnership with a focus on developing unique guest experiences (on and off properties), improving brand equity, accessing new audiences and generating new revenue streams that can be scaled globallyEnsuring partnerships improve or bring new, relevant program offeringsLeading the luxury recruitment and re-recruitment strategy through custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs that expand the marketable universe, attract new consumers and drive incremental revenue - enticing and engaging consumers via significant communication and offersAdvocating for category on enterprise-led consumer promotions and offers, and increasing growth through rigorous analytical testing and learningCollaborating with enterprise financial partnerships to generate revenue opportunities with luxury specific offers and programsSpearheading brand luxury magazines as a forum for sharing relevant luxury editorial content, validating luxury positioning and engaging content outside traditional brand-created media contentDeveloping communication assets, including playbooks, webinars and best-in-class practices for on-brand and on-property global consumer experiential activationsDeveloping a positive climate to work in close conjunction with all stake holders, building an atmosphere of unity and alignment around common shared goals for customer growthUtilizing data to thoroughly evaluate opportunities and focus on those with the greatest potentialReinforcing a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, innovation and strong business performance, while recognizing achievementsModelling, coaching and holding others accountable for leading ethically and with a high degree of integrityWhat are we looking for?To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeEight (8) years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growthFive (5) years of managerial experienceContent marketing and user acquisition marketing experience with social, email and/or other channelsExperience leading consumer-focused projects and/or platformsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Master's Degree in Business AdministrationLuxury marketing experienceExperience working in a matrixed environmentWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
