Project Support Services Inc. (PSS) has an immediate need for a Senior Recruiter with staffing and corporate recruiting experience. This is a high profile position for the Project Support Services head office. The candidate will be required to pass a background investigation involving a 10 year criminal history check. Successful candidates will be required to perform the duties listed below, individually and as part of a team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process/procedure for new company hires Responsible for the sourcing of candidates through a variety of recruitment channels (referrals, social media, recruiter job boards, etc.) Screen and qualify candidates through phone and in-person interviews Introduction of Project Support Services, including company history and values, to prospective employees Develop interview strategies to determine whether candidates meet suitability for required statements of work Responsible for sourcing and vetting job boards to post positions and attract qualified candidates Consistently evaluate your daily recruitment service delivery to internal and external stakeholders Write and develop job descriptions for PSS positions Develop and update company recruitment strategy and philosophy to coordinate with organization mission Along with prospective employee's, attend high level client meetings to ensure quality of service Debrief with prospective employees after client meetings to qualify interest and availability for position Coordinate with clients on candidate selection Manage the offer letter negotiation, creation, and distribution process Develop referral network of candidates with current Project Support Services employees Ensure that all recruiting practices comply with federal and state hiring laws Attend monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly recruiting/interviewing/hiring events WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT Work is performed in a traditional interior/office work environment At times this position may require work beyond a normal eight hour day None or very limited physical effort required Telework available on a case by case basis KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Superior interpersonal skills required Must possess the ability to partner with your departmental team members and other key stakeholders Must have experience interacting with mid to high level management Must possess excellent customer service skills Strong organization skills Excellent writing and/or editing ability is a big plus Must be able to successfully manage multiple competing priorities Must have knowledge of human recourse laws as they pertain to the interviewing process Must have experience in recruiting/sourcing, and screening resumes (Ideally staffing exp. with some corporate level recruiting but open to any combination of both.) Must have experience in interviewing candidates in-person and over the phone Proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially MS Excel) is required EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in related field At least 3 years of progressive human resources / corporate / staffing / recruiting experience PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
