Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and manage paid advertising (also known as pay-per-click or PPC) campaigns for both B2C and B2B businesses with guidance from a senior member of our Paid Search Team. Good candidates have the ability to think outside the box and be very analytical when providing strategic, yet creative solutions to solve client problems. Were looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is hungry to learn, take on projects, and bring something new to our company culture. This position will work closely with the Account Management and Analytics teams and presents a significant opportunity for growth. You must have a knack for marketing, be able to use data to make intelligent marketing decisions, and enjoy learning the ins and outs of different industries and treating each clients business as if it were your own! You dont need any previous pay-per-click experience to apply for this positionjust an interest in digital marketing! Responsibilities Create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other ad networks Conduct keyword research and create and refine lists of targeted search terms Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Create and execute strategies for keyword opportunities/keyword negatives, campaign structuring, geo and device targeting, remarketing, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analyzing competitors, and testing Write copy and coordinate with design to generate new creative for campaigns Analyze competitors strategies Create monthly performance reports Monitor and maintain account/campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze the performance of campaigns, identify strategic opportunities, facilitate change in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study (marketing, business, communications, etc.) Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously Ability to work with Microsoft Excel Ability to think creatively as well as analytically Bonus (but not required) Skills 1 - 2 years PPC management experience Google AdWords certification Experience with Google Analytics Agency experience Digital marketing experience Experience with CRO or A/B split testing Benefits of Working for Blue Corona We work hard, but we maintain a fun and family-like environment filled with social events, birthday celebrations, and free lunch EVERY Friday.
