Summary of the Position: The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing social media strategy, making minor updates to company website, and implementing SEO best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day social media campaigns, coordinating a consistent user experience and brand presence across all digital platforms. Work with internal departments to create strategic social media marketing campaigns. Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns. Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules. Review monthly social media analytics with Communications and Marketing team to determine success of campaigns. Create and manage Google AdWords campaigns and Facebook Ads. Stay on-top of social media trends and provide recommendations. Make minor updates to company website, making sure content is up-to-date. Generate website analytic reports when needed using Google Analytics. Basic Qualifications Thorough understanding of social media marketing. Expertise in growing and engaging social followings on all platforms. Familiarity with social media scheduling, management and reporting tools. Experience with Hootsuite, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of social media experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Knowledge of SEO best practices preferred. Working knowledge of CMS such as WordPress and Drupal. Basic knowledge of Photoshop preferred. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, including attention to detail.
