Job Summary:The Security Compliance Manager is responsible for Export Controls and overseeing other Compliance that have specific contractual terms to be met as part of the on-going delivery of the account with regard to Export Control matters. The Security Compliance Manager is responsible for providing training and guidance as it relates to contractual Export Control language and other related matters. Shall also be responsible for overseeing the development of processes and updating current process documentation for the business as needed. Establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally.Essential Functions:Accountable for TEKsystems's international trade controls, anti-corruption policies and identifying other risks for non-compliance within the Operating CompanyProvides management and daily oversight of compliance programs (export control, anti-corruption, etc) at Operating Company level. Will assist with government contract compliance initiatives, including training on appropriate contract language, partnering with other departments to ensure compliance and sufficient auditing is performedAccountable for working with Operating Company and Allegis leadership to develop and implement procedures to effectively manage risksWill serve as liaison between the Client, Field, and Operations with regards to any adhoc audits for Government Accounts.Responsible for providing subject matter expertise to Operating Company on international trade, anti-corruption and government contract mattersResponsible for assisting in the development of and delivering training on government and international trade services subjectsWill serve as International Traffic and Arms "empowered official" responsible for applying for export licenses from the Department of State and ensuring compliance with export control laws and regulationsOther assigned duties as determined by the companySupervisory or Management Responsibilities:* Possess the ability and/or experience to manage a growing team. Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:* Bachelor's Degree* Security Clearance preferred * 1-3+ year's experience with Government contracting/contracts compliance and government contracting regulations preferred* Minimum 2 year's experience in Export Control/ITAR compliance preferred* Ability and willingness to learn complicated government regulations* Strong written and verbal communications skills* Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills* Ability to discuss with and provide guidance to executives, leadership and front line employees* Well-developed leadership skills* Excellent communicator with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.
