Technical Recruiter - DoD/Intel
Position DescriptionSRC, Inc. is currently seeking a technical recruiter to join our team. Position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for DoD and federal government intelligence community agencies in our Chantilly, Va. location. Candidate must have proven success in the cleared talent acquisition arena. The technical recruiter will be an integral part of supporting business strategy and execution of programs that support immediate and contingent hiring efforts. The successful candidate will also be expected to have the ability to diversify their recruiting strategies to accommodate multiple business groups.Responsibilities Engage in creative and targeted sourcing strategies that help to identify and attract candidates to fill current and contingent/incumbent capture opportunitiesMaintain a network of contacts and leverage multiple sourcing tools and technologies, including but not limited to, personal networking, direct sourcing, cold-calling, employee, referrals, social media, career fairs, and the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manage full recruiting cycle from research to candidate identification, interviews and negotiationsBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers across assigned focus areasActively manage candidate experience to ensure highest quality experience through all recruitment stagesDevelop a thorough and deep understanding of the projects and services within our DoD and intelligence community portfoliosProvide continuous and open communication to hiring team regarding recruitment efforts including status of open and proposal pipelinePosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field and three or more years of technical recruiting experience within government contracting realm and/or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience recruiting for positions of all clearance levels up to and including TS/SCI with polyExperience in proposal recruitment, incumbent capture, and achieving aggressive recruiting goalsCandidate must have experience working with internet-based recruiting tools (eg, job boards) and social networking tools (eg, LinkedIn, Facebook)Must have excellent oral and written communications, organizational, reporting and presentation skills, as well as great attention to detailMust be motivated self-starter, results oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management and customerExperience with Peoplefluent (ATS) and SmashFly or similar recruitment management tools desired as well as a recruiting management platform (eg SmashFly, Jobs2Web)Experience as an RMS administrator highly desiredKnowledge and appreciation of employment law; specifically OFCCP, AAP compliance rulesMust be willing to travel up to 10 percentSecurity Clearance RequirementsAn active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and current investigation are required. Applicant will be required to submit to a polygraph.
