This new hire will work in McCormick's CPD Headquarters, located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Customer Marketing Manager will report to a Marketing Director. Position Overview This position plans, directs, executes and analyzes our customer specific marketing programs in US Foodservice. As such translates strategy into customer specific marketing initiatives and actions for a 1-3-year planning period. The position will participate and manage strategic and annual planning as well as day-to-day execution of customer marketing plans for all existing and new Foodservice channels. This targets all 4Ps as well as financial metrics (top and bottomline) directly related to French's Foodservice. (4Ps: Product - new and existing, promotion incl advertising/media, pricing and place incl distribution and merchandising). Leads US cross-functional project team related to customer specific initiatives, and is accountable and responsible for our customer marketing annual plan and implementation. Accountable for French's Foodservice sales growth in US. Reports to French's Foodservice Marketing Director. Key responsibilities: Plans, directs, executes and analyzes customer marketing plan across all 4Ps of marketing. As such, creates customer specific marketing plans to grow business within new and existing customers and go-to-market models and coordinates with account management teams to ensure solid execution. Develop annual customer marketing plans and present to divisional leadership. Measure and report key performance indicators. Leads projects across commercial (marketing and sales) and cross-functional teams and provides coordination with internal (eg cross functional project teams) and external partners (eg agencies, brokers, customers) and presentations to these groups. As such, provides strategic & tactical coordination with internal (eg cross functional project teams) and external partners (eg agencies, brokers, customers) and presentations to these groups Ensures alignment of strategy with volume and profit growth objectives. Responsible for customer marketing and promotions management and forecasting including analysis (us, comp, best in class) and customer & consumer communication. Experience required BA in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred Demonstrated relevant skills and experiences (min 3.5years) in CPG or related field. Experience includes leadership Strategic thinking, communication, teamwork, project leadership, P&L understanding, syndicated databases, research, planning, consumer activation and communication, sales and category analysis. Strong understanding of digital Path to Purchase - preferred 2 years direct experience Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Salesforce.com experience required McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
