The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will lead partner engagements in creating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in the healthcare space. The Associate Director will be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing disciplines, including PPC, email marketing, display advertising, and social media. Optum seeks a team player with a proven track record of success.Primary Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of client digital marketing campaigns (including paid search, paid social, email marketing, display advertising and social media)Create and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive traffic and conversionsTest and evaluate best acquisition channels for both existing and new customersCreate, maintain, and meet ROI projections for overall portfolio of marketing vehiclesDevelop and execute a cohesive, ROI-driven marketing plan with proven resultsMaximize paid and organic search engine traffic and conversion, while meeting cost per acquisition targetsTest landing pages and emails to improve conversion performanceProactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies, and underperformanceDemonstrate excellent customer service skills while maintaining the client relationshipTravel up to 15% percent Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree5+ years of relevant work experience in paid search and paid social Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving capabilities, with a attention to details, at both strategic and executional levelsProven relationship-management skills with ability to communicate effectively and successfully influence across all levelsPreferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience in Email marketing and/or Direct mailHealthcare experienceAgency experienceEmail AutomationA hunger to learn and follow industry trendsCareers with Optum.
