Front Desk Agent
The Hampton Inn and Suites Frederick Fort Detrick is truly busy and in need of more employees to care for our guests at the Front Desk! All must be professionally friendly, clean, always presentable, and outgoing to take care of our great guests. As a top ranked Tripadvisor hotel in Frederick, we look for team players willing to work to stay on top. To greet and register guest, provide prompt and courteous service. Close out guest accounts when checking out. Listen to guest needs and requests and respond with appropriate action to provide accurate information to guest and resolve any and all issues. Answer phones and make reservations. TAKE CARE OF OUR GUESTS & Your Fellow Employees. Other related duties as needed. Hilton Front Desk Experience strongly preferred for this position. Hilton OnQ Training modules must be completed in the Hilton system prior to being placed on the desk position per Hilton standards. To cover all desk duties with the Front Desk Team on weekends and weekdays for at least approx. 30 hours per week. Other shifts as become available if desired. Must speak English and be able to converse in a well spoken and groomed manner with all our professional and weekend guests. Must be able to conduct computer and accounting tasks as needed. Must be able to work the front desk and stand at the front desk for a 6-8 hour shift.
