Aerotek is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to work in the Baltimore Metro area.Job Description:The Recruiter will collaborates with Director, HR and Supervisor to develop specific recruiting plans to meet organizational goals and initiative business plans. -Performs recruitment functions to include screening, interview, follow-up phone calls, reference checks, verification of salary recommendation and licensure.-Utilizes statistical data and other information as required on matters of recruitment, turnover and related employment activities to facilitate recruitment process. -Communicates with hiring supervisors at all levels on a regular basis regarding employment needs, problems and status of recruitment process. -Coordinates with Supervisor to assure all documentation related to the employment process is complete and accurate in accordance with HR and Medical Center policy, all state and federal regulations. -Develops and maintains professional relationships with college placement offices and community organizations and other entities.
