Technical Corporate Recruiter
The primary role of the Technical Corporate Recruiter is to drive the recruitment process and provide the HR team with a range of support, at a global level. Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability* Screens resumes, pre-interviews candidates (by phone), administers appropriate assessments, reference/background checking * Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within the Satellite/Telecommunication industry, at a global level * Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as on-line advertising, social media, community/industry network and events, etc.* Maximizes the use of internal candidate data base, in an effort to identify suitable candidates for vacancies * Develops advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates* Schedules interviews for hiring managers, HR and candidates (including travel arrangements when needed) * Manages current recruitment and candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Perform additional administrative duties as requestedAbout Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
