AIGS HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A SITE MANAGER Fort Belvoir, Virginia Starting salary ranges from $75,000 - $80,000 depending on qualificationsSeeking Security Officers, Military Veterans and Law Enforcement Officers with Top Security (TS) Security Clearance (or Equivalent) Andrews International Government Services (AIGS) is seeking a Site Manager with military, law enforcement or security experience to provide contract management, oversight and leadership to an armed TS contracted security force. This position is located at Fort Belvoir, VA. All applicants MUST have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance and have or be able to pass a full-scope polygraph, in order to qualify. Applicants without a current TS security clearance should not apply! AIGS specializes in security service solutions for government and commercial entities that require cleared security officers in support of Department of Defense contracts. We meet all Federal requirements for clearances through the TS/SCI classification levels and for DHS Safety Certification when required.Job Description:The Site Manager (SM) position would be responsible for overseeing and administering an armed TS/SCI contract security guard force, 24/7 365 at a secured government facility. Reporting directly to the contract's Program Manager (Headquartered in VA) and working closely with the contract's Training and Logistics Managers on all site-related issues. The SM will ensure compliance of all contract requirements. Normal work hours generally would be Monday through Friday (40 hours per week) with weekends and Federal holidays off, but may require some extended work hours and weekends, as required. The SM is responsible to coordinate administrative and operational functions for the Project Manager (PM), with a focus on personnel, investigations and quality control issues. The SM ensures that all contract deliverables are being accomplished; these include requirements for inspecting, supervising and reporting. Additionally, the SM is responsible for manpower utilization, staffing, and training oversight. The SM ensures that all daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared and submitted in accordance with the contract. Responsible for the tracking and coordinating of all updates to the site Post Orders. The SM is responsible for creating and maintaining personnel and security files for all incoming personnel and for ensuring the proper debriefing of departing personnel and reporting personnel site access status to the government. The SM helps manage these requirements through coordination with the sites, Supervisors, Security Duty Officer and government security personnel. The SM also manages and updates the company's payroll and scheduling system to ensure accurate payroll records and officer hours are maintained, as required. The SM is the company's on-site representative to government officials, including formal and informal briefings and other duties as assigned. Job RequirementsThe minimum requirements for the Site Manager are: Associate's degree or at least Five (5) years of experience in law enforcement, security, or military service. The Site Manager shall also have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing security or guard force operations for a government or commercial facility. The Site Manager shall be able to operate Microsoft Windows based computers and Microsoft applications (ie, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Must have the ability (public speaking) to organize information and present it in public and in official ceremonies. The Site Manager shall have the full range of authority and responsibility to act in the capacity of the PM, in the event the PM is unavailable. The applicant must be able to show effective written and verbal communications skills, along with organizational and management experience. The applicant must have the ability to interact, brief, communicate and respond to individuals at all levels of the organization.
