Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for Mobile Maintenance Technician based out of Arlington VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Dispatch and reports to various client sites to conduct a routine assessment of the building systems operations. Perform tests, tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery and building components. Candidate will perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance and service requests on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building. Work requires an abundance of driving, walking, bending, kneeling, and working in uncomfortable positions. Qualifications: Must have 3 - 6 years' experience in a commercial environment. Must possess/or obtain a current CFC Universal License Must have building automation system (electric, solid-state or pneumatic) experience. Must be able to work any shift assigned and able to work weekends and overtime. Must be able to perform minor electrical and lamping services. Must have locksmith (repair, re-keying) and door hardware repair experience. Must be able to work safely. Must be a self-starter and willing to perform various minor building support functions. Must be willing to adhere to company policies. Must be able to pass a background check (Drug, Credit and Criminal). Performs maintenance on all plumbing in buildings including water and sanitation systems. Perform snow removal as may be required. Trains Maintenance Helpers to increase their skills. Assist Journeymen Mechanics or Building Engineers as may be required. Must hold a valid driver's license without any restrictions Perform other duties as assigned.
