Amyx is seeking 2 experienced IT Policy Analysts located on Fort Belvoir. These positions will be supporting elements of the USA Army CIO - G6 and responsible for developing and applying army policy in accordance with Army Publication Process as stated in AR 25-30 Army Publishing Program and PAM 25-40 Army Publishing processes.Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:The IT Policy Analyst primary job responsibilities will include:IT Policy Development Support to HQDA CIO/G-6 Reviewing, Army IT policy and directives to support Army policy, and executive orders and office policy documentation. Conduct initial assessments of army policy and develop and staff policy comment resolution matrix. Facilitate, Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer (GO) boards Develop agendas and pre-briefs Capture Actions, Minutes, and summaries Capture Lessons Learned Close out meetingRequired Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 10 years of experience working in support of DoD, Service or Joint national security headquarters staff or equivalent. Secret clearance and have no break, greater than 24 months, in military service, federal civilian employment or access to classified information under the Industrial Security Program Experience in DoD and Army IT Policy and Governance Processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials using Microsoft Office Suite applications.Desired Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field
