Sr. Project Manager - HR Technology
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science.
Or in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree an additional four (4) years of managing projects and HR Technology implementations experience may be considered.
A minimum of five (5) years of project experience with full life-cycle implementation of PeopleSoft HCM; Core HR, Position Management, TAM/CG, eCollaborative applications product knowledge is required.

This position is responsible for the initiation, control and oversight of HR Technology business transformation and upgrade initiatives.
As an assistant to the Director of HRIM, responsibilities include leveraging expert PeopleSoft HCM knowledge and industry best practices to identify process improvements or business process re-engineering that maximize data quality, security, and end user system adoption. This position will also assist in the development of the long-term HRIM strategy.
As the project manager, responsibilities require the ability to manage multiple projects and link those projects to business initiatives while ensuring project management practices and standards and procedures are adhered. This position will assume ultimate responsibility for the success of the project being managed as defined by the project charter and approved change requests.
Provides expert solutions advice to HRLT Leaders and to HRIM staff and others to develop innovative solutions that align HR technology with the HR strategic initiatives.
Represents HR on cross-functional teams by providing consultative and functional assistance for ongoing administration of the HCM system modules.
Leads and drives ongoing efficiency projects that require increased automation and process improvement for PeopleSoft HCM and related HR Business Systems Integrations.
Provide overall project management with the objective of executing projects to meet the required standard of quality; ensuring business success; and ensuring professional stakeholder management.
Applies project management methodologies, tracks project progress and manages expectations, manages and escalates issues and risks, develops and carries out change management plans (including communications and training), and provides project metrics.
