This individual should be highly motivated and energetic in order to provide support to the HR team related to employment records, recruitment, new hire onboarding, HRIS data entry, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will be to *Review resumes provide telephone screen support, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers *Assist with the new hire onboarding process to include, processing new hire paperwork, background screening, and entering new hire data in HRIS *Oversee the administration of the employee of the month, employee anniversary cards, Staff Newsletter and other HR initiatives *Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with law, regulations, and The Associated's policies *Enter data in HRIS, assist with reporting, including tracking and recording evaluations, new hire and termination reports *Manage unemployment requests, employment verification and employee reference checks *Complete other duties or tasks to assist the department or organization; including sorting mail, office supply orders, and administrative support with ad hoc projects as assigned We'd love to chat if you are or have *Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field *Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite *Exceptional oral and written communication skills *Ability to multi-task and prioritize *Highly adept at handling sensitive and confidential information *Receptive and accepting to other team members' ideas
