Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldHR AdministratorPAE Global Mission Services division is seeking an HR Administrator to support our Vice President of Human Resources as well as to provide additional support to our HR department. In this role, you'll manage administrative tasks for the HR team and you will collect and analyze data to make recommendations. You may also help facilitate and coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others.Essential Job Duties:Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and expense reportsPlan and manage complex meeting and domestic and international travel arrangements. This will involve gaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's meeting, travel and expense policies and toolsCoordinate HR program-related or other administrative work, confirming high quality, confidentiality and timely deliveryCoordinate verification of employment and monitor PAE's out-sourced partner for this activityProvide support to HR orientation programAssist with I-9 completion and I-9 audit preparationProcess and manage department purchase orders and invoicesSkillfully use PAE's standards, templates, branding and correspondence guidance, to format and Create/Refine work products using Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPointAccurately process expenses in the firm's proprietary system and/or Deltek in a timely and efficient mannerManage or coordinate projects, providing cost-effective approachesReceive department mail and distribute to appropriate partiesUpdating the HRIS database (eg, new hires, salary changes, terminations)Preparing HR documents such as Employment AgreementsLiaise with functional partners such as Benefits, Compensation, Finance and PayrollAnswer employee queriesMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field1 -2 years of prior HR experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationsFirm grasp of Microsoft Office Suite with excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAbility to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtuallyStrong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality workDemonstrated record of sharing knowledge with colleaguesCompetent at understanding and navigating company and business line structures, matrix relationships, key personnel, and policies and proceduresAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
