Provide human resources services for Staffmark's customers, including but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline and termination of temporary employees placed with Staffmark's customers. Develop recruiting strategies to ensure the best placement of an employee for Staffmark's customers as well as the best fit for the employee. Assess, evaluate, select, and educate job candidates for Staffmark's customer. Serve as an intermediary between employees and customers. Evaluate performance and attendance and counsel employees as needed. Investigate and evaluate workers compensation matters. Maintain all appropriate paperwork and documentation. Must be available after normal work hours to address and resolve needs of temporaries and customers. Develop new business for Company including offering additional services for current customers and develop referral opportunities. Experience in Recruiting,Sales or Human Resources preferred. Four year college degree and 2-3 years related work experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of and ability to use of Microsoft office Products. Thrive in a very fast paced and reactive environment.
