Ashley Addiction Treatment is seeking a FT, Human Resources Generalist. This professional completes Human Resource departmental activities, including employment processing, recruiting, updating and maintenance of employee records, assist in development and implementation of special departmental and organizations projects and other employee services. Position is a Full-time, 40 hr. per week. Travel not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. The position works this is a 40-hour/week position and include full employee benefits. Essential Functions: Maintains computerized/hard copy records of personnel transactions, benefit coverage, promotions, transfers, and terminations in accordance with regulatory body compliance. Responsible for creating and maintaining credentialing and licensing documentation for physicians, counselors and nurses. Ensures proper and timely completion of certification and licensure. Keeps files structured to meet HR, State and Joint Commission compliance. Assists with HR administrative tasks including researching information, carrier invoice reconciliations, and claims resolution. Ensures the HRIS system is complete and accurate for information reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of special departmental and organizational projects and training to include open enrollment meetings, new hire orientation, etc. Prepares new hire paperwork and ensures proper and timely completion. HIPAA - Personal Health Information Protects personally identifiable health information; adheres to release of information per policy and procedure (written, oral and electronic). Respects patients and all customer groups' privacy and confidentiality. Adheres to IT and business related communications confidentiality policies. Perform other duties as assigned by VP of HR or other departmental supervisors. Minimum Qualifications:Three to Five year's related experience and/or training in a Human Resource work/office environment.BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related Business field or equivalent experience.Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to write/maintain reports, business correspondence, and procedures.Demonstrated ability with current Microsoft Office software and experience with an HRIS software package.Ability to carefully discern communication with employees or potential employees.Must read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Excellent reasoning ability.Ability to exercise independent judgement in problem solving and decision making.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.Read and prepare graphs, charts, formulas on spreadsheets, and calculate figures and amounts such as percentages. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables. Interpret instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
