The physician will see patients in the office setting, as reasonably
scheduled, and will be available to see walk-in emergency patients as
The physician will complete visit documentation by the end of the visit day.
Hospital medical records will be completed in accordance with the bylaws.
Hospital fee tickets will be presented for processing with patient demographics, procedure and diagnosis within 24 hours of the visit/procedure.
Physician will participate with Quality Improvement initiatives and will not discharge patients without involving Quality/Risk Management.
Physician will comply with all rules, regulations, and policies established by the Employer, all contractual obligations, OSHA, HIPAA, and all Federal, State, and local agencies, and all accreditation organizations.
Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue. In order to promote and maintain a healthy work environment, We will not hire applicants for employment who either state that they are nicotine users or who test positive for nicotine use.
We will withdraw offers of employment to applicants who test positive for Cotinine (nicotine).
