ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Alexandria, VA office.Job Description: The function is to provide: Navy CNIC ELMR & NERMS Program Management Office support for PSNet Tenant programs, and Project Management of PSNet projects supporting ELMR & NERMS.Interfaces with:Government N6 and N3 Program ManagersGovernment Regional N6 ELMR Managers Government Regional N3 Dispatch Managers/SupervisorsGovernment Regional and Installation N6sSustainment LMR contractorsLMR OEMsPSNet Program/Project management PSNet Engineering groups 9) Dispatch Vendors and Contractor Support Personnel.Job Activities include:Develop project management plans and schedules to ensure timely and within budget delivery of PSNet projects supporting CNIC Dispatch Programs (including ELMR, NERMS, ENERMS, ON-CERS, AMAS). Participation in Dispatch Program Design Reviews as required. Participation in weekly sustainment conference calls. Participation in the ELMR Engineering Review Board (ERB) configuration management process. Representing ELMR and ENERMS and Dispatch Program interests in the PSNet Architecture Review Board (ARB) configuration management process.Weekly program reports (slides) and weekly project status reports (slides). Yearly & quarterly support for program reviews and other reviews as tasked.
